I, Michelle J. Franz, a former Controller, have over twenty-five years of accounting experience in many different industries, including but not limited to, commercial and residential real estate, restaurants, construction, financial services, advertising and marketing, and thoroughbred horse racing and breeding. I want to help you with your accounting and bookkeeping needs!

I provide accounting, tax and bookkeeping services on an outsource basis to small and mid-sized businesses while providing excellent customer service and maintaining the highest ethics as well as confidentiality.  I am not a CPA, however I was employed by a CPA firm for three years.  Many CPA firms do perform month-end accounting work for their clients, frequently referred to as "write-up" work.  I also offer this service.  However, most CPA firms are not set up to perform the day-to-day accounting and the audit could be a conflict of interest.

In addition, most CPA firms aren't staffed with personnel that have the industry experience as much as I possess.  Having industry experience helps me to know and understand the issues you face on a daily basis.

As you'll see on my resume, the depth of my experience in accounting offers you the opportunity to hire an experienced professional who needs little or no training and who is comfortable and successful with cold canvassing. My involvement with interviewing and assessing prospective employees and with quality-improvement projects may free you from the in-depth training that would be required for a less experienced candidate.

My greatest strength is the quality of the relationships I develop with customers and the timely, high quality services I provide them. As new technologies are introduced, I respond quickly in implementing those technologies that provide substantial savings to businesses that benefit. I believe that trust and confidentiality are key elements of a successful outsourcing partnership.  A confidentiality agreement is an integral part of our contract or agreement.
